Candy Lin
Solicitor
Candy joined Heritage Law in 2025 and is part of the firm’s Litigation and Commercial Corporate Team. She assists clients with a broad range of civil and commercial disputes and takes pride in her ability to analyse complex legal issues and deliver clear, practical solutions.
Before entering the legal profession, Candy gained seven years of experience in New Zealand’s import industry and five years in the immigration sector, providing her with strong commercial insight and a client-focused perspective. She approaches every matter with a detail-oriented and strategic mindset and is committed to resolving disputes efficiently and effectively.
Candy holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Auckland University of Technology and the University of Auckland. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2025.
Outside of work, Candy enjoys playing badminton and exploring local hiking trails.
