Natalie Liu
Head of Finance & HR
Natalie is the Head of Finance & HR at Heritage Law, bringing extensive experience in financial management, operational leadership and people management.
A Chartered Accountant, Natalie spent most of her career with a leading New Zealand automotive group, working across different business sectors within the group and progressing through senior finance roles to Chief Financial Officer. Throughout her career, she has led finance teams and worked closely with senior management and boards, with responsibilities spanning financial reporting, treasury management, compliance, payroll, HR and Health & Safety.
Since joining Heritage Law in 2024, Natalie has taken a practical, hands-on and collaborative approach. Drawing on her finance and people management experience, she focuses on helping the firm operate efficiently, supporting sustainable growth and creating an environment where the team can perform at their best.
While much of her work happens behind the scenes, Natalie enjoys improving processes, building efficient systems and supporting people. She believes a well-run business and a well-supported team ultimately contribute to a better experience for clients.
Outside of work, Natalie is a busy mum of two daughters, who keep her life just as full and rewarding as her career.
